Sharon Romeo

Sharon Romeo holds a Ph.D. in American Studies from the University of Iowa. She is an Associate Professor in the Department of History, Classics, and Religion at the University of Alberta. She is the author of Gender and the Jubilee: Black Freedom and the Reconstruction of Citizenship in Civil War Missouri.
